This Privacy Policy explains how Point Realtor LLC ("Point," "we," "us," or "our"), operating Maya Concierge at mayaconcierge.bz, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. Brand names used in communications may include Point and Maya Concierge.

- Device and browser data, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and referring URLs

- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) regarding payment status — we do not store full card numbers on our servers

3. SMS and messaging
If you opt in to text messages from Point / Maya Concierge (including from +1 (727) 658-4487), we use your mobile number to send program messages described on our SMS Consent page. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; reply HELP for help. We retain opt-in and opt-out records as needed for compliance. 4. How we share information
We may share personal information with:
- Tour operators and partners needed to fulfill your booking or referral
- Service providers (hosting, databases, email/SMS gateways, payment processors, analytics, customer support tools) under contractual confidentiality and use limits
